EMERGENCY RESPONSE

In the past, this program was offered to select insurance brokers, accountants and law firms; we are now offering the same emergency management services to major insurance company underwriting departments.

LRG’s Emergency Response Program is a restoration program. Our aim is to serve your commercial clients located within mainland United States. The purpose of this program is to help your insured(s) get back in operation after sustaining severe water damages.

The program consists of Phase One and Phase Two services.

Phase One:

  • Shoring
  • Water extraction
  • Deodorizing
  • Air purification
  • Freeze drying of documents
  • Climate control
  • Protection of building and contents from additional damage

Phase Two:

  • Cleaning and restoration of building and contents
  • Reconstruction
  • Specialized drying
  • Art restoration
  • Carpet restoration

All work will be performed by trained and insured personnel utilizing specialized drying equipment. Response will be within four (4) hours of notification of the loss.

Phase One work will be performed without a signed contract or collecting of a deductible or retainer if LRG has an Emergency Response Program Plan in place with the insured.

Once Phase One work has been accomplished, there is no obligation to have LRG perform Phase Two work.

If work is to be performed by a sub-contractor, we will have a written contract with said sub-contractor.

If Phase One and Phase Two work is performed through Loss Recovery Group, LLC, all work will be guaranteed for two (2) years.
